FAQ
Buying a home is a stressful process. To assure that the process is seamless I recommend buyer's to keep an eye on their credit and to make sure that it is within a range that would make them easy to qualify for home.
The next thing to keep in mind is that money for a down payment and closing cost are going to be needed, so start saving early. Finally, contact a lender to get pre-qualified.
Selling a home is a very emotional decision to make. Many seller's allow their emotions to get in the way during the selling process. The first advice I would give is to detach themselves emotionally from the home and to hire an experienced realtor who is going to have their best interest at heart during the entire process.
Make sure to give your home a nice curb appeal (first impressions are lasting impressions) and make sure that the interior is not cluttered and no repairs need to be made.
Since I started in the business many years ago, I have had the privilege to help many different types of clients.
I have represented both buyer's and seller's in real estate transactions both in the residential as well as the commercial market.
Every transaction is special in it's own way because of the journey the family has taken to get them to the closing table. However, one of the transactions that are dear to my heart is one in which I had the opportunity to help a young single father purchase his first home. He did not know that he ever qualified to purchase a brand new home for him and his daughter. The transaction went very smooth and he was able to settle down in his new home.
I have always loved to work with people and to help people in any way I can and buying a home is one of the biggest decision that a person will ever make in their life. I decided in 2002 that I would give real estate a try after working for many years for a company in sales/customer service. It brings me joy to be able to help families make their dreams come true.
I have taken classes on short sale and negotiations at the Orlando Realtor's Association.
