ZillowVERIFIED I used Mindy to sell my home. At first she appeared to know the market and have a willingness to help, then I signed with her and then I realized my mistake. The moment she put out the sign with the wrong phone number the incompetence was obvious. She does not deal well with aggressive realtors, she will give in and justify any demands they make. She will cost you money. Beware do not use her. Dennis

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy is an absolute top notch professional! I cannot say enough good things about the way she handled the purchase of my new home. I do not normally give 5 stars but Mindy deserves more than 5. She listened to my needs gave me great advice and I truly felt like she cared if we were successful together. You cannot go wrong with Mindy on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy is an outstanding resource and an excellent realtor! Very organized and efficient, she guided us through the entire home-buying/negotiation process in a professional but very friendly way. She is extremely proactive in following through on all aspects of the negotiation process and got back to us immediately every step of the way. We felt that we were very well informed and that we had a excellent advocate who cared for us and wanted to make sure that we had the best experience. Mindy never pressured us in any way and we learned a lot from her. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent real estate professional. Thank you, Mindy!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy went above and beyond for us. We are a military family relocating and she worked with our crazy time crunch. We told her on Wednesday we were coming to town to house hunt on Saturday. She worked it out and had us looking at 10 houses in one day. We found the one we wanted and closed on it last week! She was extremely helpful and couldn't have asked for a better first time home buying experience! Mindy had great communication and knowledge. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy was very responsive to our needs, and tried to help in any way possible to make our relocation to a new area as easy as possible. She made it possible for us to do as many things as we could long distance, and was willing to do the running for us so we did not have to travel to our new location every time something needed to be done. We would recommend Mindy to anyone who needs a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Mindy to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She showed us 4 different homes here in Corydon, Indiana. We ended up purchasing the first one she showed us. We were quite appreciative of how much Mindy flexed her schedule to work with us, since we lived about 150 miles from Corydon, where we were looking for our new home. We could not ask for an agent to be any more of what one expects from a realtor than Mindy and her staff are....very supportive and helpful. They respond to any questions almost immediately. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in this area! From start to finish Mindy was right there for any questions or help we needed. Thank you Mindy and your team for all your help with finding and purchasing what is expected to be our final home purchase!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy and the Select Group did an excellent job representing us during the sale of our former home, and the build and purchase of our new custom home. Mindy and the Select Group made it a very pleasant experience for us. She negotiated on our behalf to get us everything we wanted within our budget, and made sure our project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule so we could move in during the holiday weekend. As a former realtor, and son of a retired home builder i am very impressed with the level of service, and the overall high quality of Mindy and the Select Group/Infinity Built Homes. They came highly reccommended by many of my friends in the building industry. Mindy, and her team work together with the builders, and everyone is always on the same page. We love our new home, and would highly recommend Mindy, and the Select Group and Infinity Built Homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy was very instrumental in helping us find our first home. Once we provided her a list of wants/needs, she was very quick to get a list of homes that met our needs compiled and emailed to us. We then had walk though appointments scheduled for later that week. Mindy also took the time to get to know us and our likes/dislikes. She was very intuitive as well, seeing houses that we hadn't originally shown interest in and showing them to us in a way that made us see the potential. Mindy was also very patient with us in the home buying process, which was very comforting as we are first time buyers. Mindy was also available anytime we had queations. If Mindy didn't have an answer, she always knew where to find one. You'll be in good hands with Mindy!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy was knowledgeable of the purchasing process and helped me find the perfect home. She was patient, and let me go at my pace. In many cases she was able to point out potential problems that hadn't noticed. Once we had an accepted offer, she followed up on the outstanding items and continued to follow up after we closed. I would recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy showed us a handful of homes that we chose to look at after reviewing options online. We appreciated her even taking us back a second time in one day to look at a house. Our buying/selling process was fortunately very quick and Mindy definitely helped to facilitate that. I would certainly use her and her team again.

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy is amazing to work with. She was available any time we needed her. If she could not answer, she would return our call right away. We were not sure if we wanted to be in Louisville or Southern Indiana. Since she is licensed in both, she was able to show us properties on both sides of the river. We appreciate the time she put into the whole process. We had no she worked as hard for us as she did until the other realtor mentioned the effort Mindy had put in. We will refer her to anyone we know that is look to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were very pleased with how professional, knowledgeable and available Mindy was. She never took long to respond to our questions, provided a knowledgeable answer, and was a strong advocate for our interests. Her knowledge of the industry and home values is dead on. Relying on her advice, we made an offer just under asking because she believed, no, she knew, that the home was priced very fairly. After the appraisal, it turned out that the home value was approximately $15,000 greater than asking! It's always great to know that you are getting the home you have always wanted plus a little extra! I would recommend Mindy to everyone because she really does go above and beyond to take care of her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy responded quickly to my questions, was available to meet on my schedule, and was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure the closing proceeded on schedule in spite of my sudden and unexpected hospitalization. She followed through after the closing, staying in constant contact with the seller's agent regarding a firm transfer of possession. She even reminded me to file for mortgage exemptions, etc. before year-end once I was home from the hospital. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, she will work FOR YOU!

ZillowVERIFIED Mindy is wonderful. I was considering moving to the area for a job and reached out to her for some suggestions on neighborhoods and properties. Her knowledge and passion for the area really shine through her words and actions. Mindy quickly responded to my request and showed me some of the most pristine properties I could have ever imagined. Although I did not take the job, I would highly recommend Mindy based on her knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness alone. Great work, Mindy. Thank you!
