ZillowVERIFIED Minal was wonderful from the moment we met her in early 2017, and she has been a personal friend ever since. She helped us get over asking price for our house when we sold it in March 2024, and she gave us a great rate due to our ongoing business with her. Shes warm and caring but still a straight-shooter. We will miss her terribly now that were no longer un Sugar Land, but we will gladly stay in touch with her!

ZillowVERIFIED We live in Ontario Canada and we planned to sell our house in Sugarland,Texas, we were looking for a good knowledgeable Realtor who can help us in a remote setup with an expectation to close before end of 2021.One of our very close friend referred us to Minal Vyas, we spoke to Minal and in our very first virtual meeting we were impressed with her strategies. As we were in Canada and could not visit our property to prep for sale due to COVID-19, Minal helped us, in every way possible, from last walkout with our tenant, prepping the house before listing to the final listing of the house within 2 weeks. We got multiple offers and she guided us in our decision. We were able to close the sale of our house without any hassle being overseas in Canada and way before end of 2021.She was our Eyes on ground in this sale transaction.I would recommend Minal Vyas without any reservations, she is extremely knowledgeable of the Greater Houston area market, her strategies and recommendations are strong pillars we're relied on.She is very dedicated, professional realtor. Who is trust worthy keeping her clients best interest in mind.I wish her all the best for future.

ZillowVERIFIED Minal had the time to discuss and understand our needs. The properties she sent us match incredibly with our criteria. She also made us feel like she was buying the property for herself, good feedback when visiting the places, and helped us negotiate the price of the one we wanted. She is simply outstanding!

ZillowVERIFIED Minal Vyas ReviewWe hit the real estate agent jackpot when we met Minal! She is truly an amazing person and agent and definitely goes beyond the call of duty. We are so happy to call her our forever real estate aEURoego-toaEUR? person and friend. My husband and I met her when we were newly pregnant, new to Houston, and looking for a home to rent. She helped us find the perfect place that was close enough to both family and the med center. She listened to all of our requirements and met every single one. Fast-forward 10 months, our family had grown, and we made the big decision that we are settling down in Houston. We reached out to Minal, and she worked tirelessly to find us our next home. Every home she took us to was great, but there was always something minor that made us reject it. She quickly realized that maybe a new build was our best option. She was entirely right! We finally fell in love with a floor plan, and we loved the idea of being able to select the finishes from the roof to the floor! We loved the idea of a new build but had no clue what that entailed. We could not have gone through the process of building a home without her! Minal was there for EVERY design, construction, inspection, and walkthrough session (believe me, there are a ton of meetings). She truly has an eye for design and helped us make decisions that were aesthetically pleasing and helped add value for resale. She fought for us when the builder did something incorrectly and met with the countertop guy independently to make sure the waterfall countertops were implemented as designed. She indeed went above and beyond to make sure that our dream home became a reality!Whether you are renting a temporary place or building your forever home - Minal will be there for you throughout the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Minal was incredible! Seriously, everyone warned me how stressful the home buying process was but she made it an absolute breeze. She worked with me to re-visit the homes multiple times to make sure I was making the right choice and even fought for me at closing to save me thousands of dollars off the price of the home. Funny thing is I didn't even ask for this but she felt it was warranted. 10/10 experience & I will recommend her to anyone who asks!

ZillowVERIFIED I love working with Minal. She has taken care of my 2 sisters and myself (twice!). She is respectful and amazing. She is always on top of her game and keeps us informed about any updates. She makes herself available whenever she can. I remember looking at 14 different houses in 2 weeks - but we went through every house and she stuck with us until we found the house. She is always thinking of our needs and helping us find a home that fits our budget. We will for sure be using her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Soon after we became acquainted with Minal she earned our trust and respect in guiding our selection, then purchase of a new home. We first met Minal inadvertently as we phoned her to show us a house that we thought she was handling as the listing agent. We quickly realized that this was not the case as she was clearly helping us to look at the house from the vantage point of a potential buyer, not as someone speaking on behalf of the seller. Her thought process in evaluating that first house (which did not fit our particular search parameters) and in assisting us from that time up to the closing of purchasing a new house, spoke to us of someone knowledgeable about the process of selecting a house generally and also particularly in the target area in which we were interested to purchase. She also demonstrated a strong interest in listening to our objectives, tastes and preferences, and integrating them into her thought process for offering us her expert guidance and recommendations.

ZillowVERIFIED Minal is by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She made the process of selling our house easy to understand and less stressful. She went above and beyond with the marketing to sell our home. The professional photos and videographer were an amazing touch. She is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Each time we had a question, Minal was quick with a response. ( even when we bothered her on vacation ) She provided almost instant updates during the selling process and always let us know what needed to happen in the next step.We would absolutely recommend Minal to family and friends. ZillowVERIFIED After working with Minal on moving my personal residence 10 years ago, I am an extremely satisfied return client! This time, however, Minal has been helping us with purchasing our first investment property. She has gone above and beyond showing many properties, getting leads on potential deals, running comps on purchase price/ARV/expected rent, referring us to contractors - anything we have needed, she's been willing to help however she could. We were initially thinking it would be beneficial for me to get my license to benefit our investing, but with a realtor like Minal, it's hard to justify it. She earned every dollar she made. We can't recommend or thank her enough for all she's done!
