ZillowVERIFIED You showed us two houses in one year, but we found the listings and sent you the links to set up the showings. You did not help us at all finding a house. We only needed you for expertise during negotiations and you left the country without telling us and without providing a backup agent during the entire negotiation. You advised us to pay more than the house was worth just to get the deal done, and we paid the price for that when we sold. Would not recommend. Find an agent that cares about you.

I live in California and after numerous failed attempts to find a professional and reliable real estate agent I came in contact with Mina. She was extremely helpful in setting up a search portal to find a property that fit my needs. She was completely honest and transparent during the process about conditions of the properties, which neighborhoods were desirable for renters and what areas to stay away from. She sold our old house in a small town an hour out of Indy and managed to get us far more than local agents predicted. During the buying process she was constantly there for us, and in the current market, that is so important with the competition. She even came out to show us a house with almost no notice on Mothers Day! We would definitely use Mina again, but since she helped us find our forever home, I guess I will just have to recommend her to everyone I know instead.

She helped me find a good loan officer, set up the home inspections, and walked me through every step with a friendly attitude. She even gave me a housewarming gift after the closing which was very thoughtful. The gift came in a bag covered in glitter that ended up glitter bombing my car seats and clothes.
