He answered all questions and always verified that the client understood all answers. Also, he knew how to navigate all obstacles associated with the sale of the house. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to at all times, even when there was conflict with another party. He was able to keep things objective. He also has great respect to the military. I am active duty military and my schedule did not afford me much flexibility. Milt was able to accommodate for my strict schedule and was able to take care of all scheduling conflicts. This is definitely a person that you want on your team if you want to sell or buy a house quickly, efficiently, and with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a test done on the well for the house we were looking to buy (on an acreage). I got a copy of the report, which basically said the pump was shot and needed to be replaced. I called Milt and asked what he thought of the report (without indicating I'd already read it) and he did not indicate any problems with it. So it appeared to me he either didn't read it but pretended to have done so, or he was being deliberately misleading. It would appear he's not used to clients reading the boring stuff. We were already under contract at that point, so I had to finish things out with him. He seemed generally competent enough in other aspects, and did find us a really nice place, at a good price. But I would not trust him with reports or inspections. We had the seller replace the well motor, probably saved ourselves $2k by reading that report.
