ZillowVERIFIED I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milly Akins! She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she couldn't respond at the time, she would let you know. She had sent me multiple emails of new listings and did plenty of home tours for me. Milly one afternoon as usual sent me a text with a new listing and told me to look at it and made me aware that it may not last long in the market. The house was a Gem, it had been fully renovated, it looked modern and it had everything I was looking for. We submitted an offer and now I am grateful to call that beautiful place home. If Milly hadn't sent me that text I would've probably lost the greatest offer ever. Milly guided me through the entire process of purchasing a home, she was honest with her responses and always gave me opinions based on her knowledge. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treated the situation like herself was purchasing the property aEUR" she looked out for me and had the best interests in mind. I can not thank Milly Akins enough and will be grateful forever of everything she did for me and my family.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I would have been so lost navigating this competitive market without Milly. She was incredibly responsive whenever we needed her assistance and ensured we made educated decisions along the entire way. We never doubted her judgment and knew we could trust any advice she had to share. We ultimately found a home that checked all of our boxes and met our price point. We have Milly's insight and expertise to thank for this. I would recommend Milly to anyone looking for a patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent. Thank you so much Milly!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Milly Akins. From the start, she was very attentive to our needs and checked in with us regularly through out the process to make sure everything was transitioning smoothly while we sold our home is south FL and went through the process of buying in Melbourne, FL. If we had any questions she always got back to us the same day at the latest, but it was usually within minutes! Milly was also very knowledgeable and provided us with insights and realistic expectations going into this crazy market as buyers! I can't speak highly enough of her skills and dedication. Milly made this process completely stress free. Over the years I've worked with a handful of different agents and she has by far exceeded all expectations!! Great job, Milly! We wish you the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I was moving from New York to Florida. I had three days to look at homes. Milly put together a list of all the homes I wanted to tour and even added a few extra and a home builder. Funny thing I ended up buying one she had added on. I made my decision on the first day. We did everything long distance over the phone and through emails. She was efficient extremely helpful and always available for any of my calls. She even helped me set up of a landscaper and did a virtual final walk-through with me. Considering I was 2,000 miles away the process could not have gone smoother. I would definitely recommend using her for any of your real estate needs. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED MIlly is fantastic!!! She helped us purchase our awesome new home!! Every question we had, she answered. When we found "The One", she had all of the comps in the area so we could make a competitive offer. She lined up all of the inspections in a timely and very organized fashion. We've never seen such attention to detail. She's also well versed in buying a home with a VA loan. She checked in daily with us, and was also on top of the loan company, the seller, etc., to make sure everything went off without a hitch so we could close on time. What more can I say about her!! Anyone would be lucky to have such a knowledgeable, friendly and organized agent. Thanks again, Milly!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Milly is the best. She answered our questions in a better-than-timely fashion. Your company is fortunate to have her. She even emailed us while she was on vacation in Maui. Now that is dedication.

ZillowVERIFIED Milly was fantastic. We were out of state and she helped us with our inspection and getting the closing date we wanted. She followed up with the items found during inspection and verified everything got fixed. She also helped us with numerous requests that we had because we were out of town and couldn't do things ourselves. Every time we contacted her she responded quickly. She has also helped us with local recommendations. We highly recommend working with Milly.

ZillowVERIFIED Milly was an amazing realtor. She thought of everything and was able to negotiate the perfect deal for us. She was on top of her game and moved us through the process of buying our new place in a very short turn around time. If we thought of a question she had the situation researched and the answer back to us usually within the hour. I would highly recommend Milly to guide anyone through the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very lucky to have Milly as our realtor. I first reached out to her to help us find a place to rent. After taking and showing us to the listings, we changed our minds and asked her help to find us our first home. We had less than 8 weeks until our lease was up and find our new home. She made our home buying experience a breeze. Shes very flexible and extremely hard working especially with our tight schedule. Shes very responsive and helps in every way she could. Shes knowledgeable and wanted whats best for us and our situation. I hear how others stress about their realtors and I could not relate to them because Millys amazing! I cant emphasize enough how blessed we were to have Milly as our first realtor.
