About Miller Evans
I am originally from Alabama and moved to Tennessee in 2002 to help some friends open a restaurant. The rest is history as they say. I spent the next 7 years living all over Middle TN until I met my wife in 2008. We moved from 8th Ave to Hendersonville with the birth of our 1st of 3 children and have been there ever since! I call it my home but it's hard to not say that my time in Franklin, Brentwood, Hope Gardens, Green Hills, 12SOUTH and Wedgewood didn't always leave an impression on who I am. I LOVE MIDDLE TENNESSEE and I know you will too! Call me today so I can share with you all of the amazing things about this area!

FAQ
Interview multiple agents! Do not hire your cousin because they got their license last week. This is a huge purchase, make sure you are well taken care of.
Interview multiple agents! I cannot stress the importance of being comfortable and confident in your Realtor. Don't think that because your friend just got their license, you need to use them. Make sure you are in the hands of a professional.
I have worked with just about any type client you could think of. From Tennessee Titans to Country Music Stars to Championship Horse Farms to a 1st Time Home Buyer to investors carpet bombing foreclosure offers and to people just like yourself. I don't know if there an area I haven't worked with.
I worked with some clients who were scared to death of making the wrong decision during Covid. They didn't actually end up buying a home and personally, I was very happy they didn't. Rates were bottomed out and people were making absolutely ridiculous offers on every home. They were worried about getting into a situation they couldn't get out of. There are some lines I recommended they not cross: The biggest one...don't make an offer with an appraisal contingency removed. That was the biggest one that I think buyers from 2022 regret making. My clients ended up not buying a home and they are thrilled with staying where they are. They do plan on buying next year and are thrilled that the anxiety of it all won't stick around with them.
It is a profession that is in my family. Brother was in commercial lending, mom a Realtor in Alabama, in-laws were both Realtors. It seemed like the thing I was supposed to do. 2009 was definitely a TERRIBLE time to get my license but those years showed me what a terrible market really looks like. And I survived.
Special training that helps me with my clients is being in the profession for 15 years. I have seen every type of market you could imagine.
Answered Questions
Can I buy a house in America if I live in the UK?
Yes you can. You will need to get with a lender, realtor and title company. I would start with the lender in the area you want to buy in. Or, if you plan on paying cash, call a Realtor and discuss it with them. They should know an atty through the title company they use.
