ZillowVERIFIED We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Milla Pariser. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Milla, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Milla walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. Her negotiation skills are excellent. It was an unconventional approach but it worked and we thank Milla for that every day! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Milla to them!

ZillowVERIFIED Though I have not made a decision yet, Milla had shown me a couple homes in the area, and I was pleased with her effort and input. She had good knowledge of the area, including schools and shopping centers, as well as knowledge of the actual home interiors and what could be done with them as options. I think of the many questions I had, only once did she say she 'had to look into that', and everything else was answered on the spot. Alot of working with someone has to do with how much they enjoy their career, and she shows a positive motivation to work with others.
