My best advice is to check out online reviews and get references before choosing a realtor. You can learn a lot about realtor by reading their reviews to make sure that realtor will be a great fit. A buyer really should try to find someone with at least 5 years experience and helping at least 25 buyers per year. There are over 6000 realtors in Charleston and the experience varies dramatically between each of them.

I received a B.A. in education from Furman University and an M.Ed. in school counseling from the Citadel. I am a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Education is my first love and I taught in Charleston County (Nativity Catholic and Orange Grove Elementary) for four years. In addition, I was a high school guidance counselor. As a realtor, I love giving real estate lectures to students, residents, dentists, and doctors at the Medical University of South Carolina. I have served on the Charleston Multiple Listing Service (MLS) board. In my free time, I love playing tennis with her 4 kids and I am very active at the Daniel Island Fellowship. I have participated in medical mission trips to Ecuador and Nicaragua in the past.
