At start of 2020, Miki became a Designated Supervisor & formed the Texas Trinity Team joined by Mandy Cantu, Crystal O'Neal & Ed Gonzalez. Licensed since December 2013, Miki is committed to exceptional service with an expansive portfolio of real estate listings & a successful track record of closed transactions. In 2019, Miki successfully completed all requirements and education hours to earn her the designation of Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). She also earned her certification as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) NAR's e-Pro® certification as well as a Pricing Strategy Advisory (PSA). In order to maintain the title of a Designated Supervisor, Miki completed TREC's Broker Responsibility course which must be be attended every two years. McCarthy is known for her economic & community development experience as the Executive Director for the San Juan and Alamo Economic Development Corporations in addition to serving as Board President for the Pharr EDC. She has a background in business having co-owned OsCorp Construction & Development, Inc. and Java Jo Cafe among others. Most recently, McCarthy served on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Edinburg. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR), and the Greater McAllen Association of REALTORS® (GMAR). In 2018 & 2019, she served on the Budget, Public Relations & Membership Committees for the GMAR. In 2018, she completed five years of service as Vice Chair for the Tobacco Prevention & Control Coalition serving Hidalgo County. McCarthy holds a Bachelor & Master of Arts in Speech Communication from University of Texas - Pan American. She is wife & mother, and pet owner of two dogs & cat named Guero.
