Weve been buying and selling real estate for many years and have been fortunate to deal with many great real estate agents. Mikey, however, is by far the best weve ever worked with. We live out of the country and are absentee owners of a central coast property. Our manager allowed it to fall into disrepair and then ceased all communication with us. Mikey stepped up, helped relocate our tenants and oversaw all the necessary repairs and updates from the top of the roof to the vents below the floor and everything in between. Mikey kept in constant communication with us and helped guide the many decisions and choices that popped up during the whole process. The whole experience could easily have been very stressful because we are so far away, and our property manager completely abandoned us, but Mikey arranged for all the subcontractors and inspections, monitored the budget, and miraculously got our house back on the market and sold for a great price within a few short weeks.
