ZillowVERIFIED Mike made the selling process seamless. It was a very positive experience from listing to closing. As an example, Mike told us that we did not need to stage, but to just use our own furniture and minimize so that at least our potential buyers could visualize what each room could be used for. Mike also facilitated an early closing for us as sellers so that we could leave for our new permanent home in Florida. Mike always provided excellent communication. Thanks Mike!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our house, our builder suggested Mike Wiseman as a realtor to sell our old house. We contacted Mike and he graciously met with us to evaluate our current house and advised us on how to prepare the house for sale. Throughout the process, Mike was always available to help with problems and answer any questions that came up. Mike and his staff actively marketed the house to get the best price for us. His advice was invaluable throughout the sale process helping to ease our anxiety. He really made the whole process run smoothly. We were very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him as your realtor. Thanks Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is amazing! We used him 9 years ago when we bought our first house and now again when we sold that house and bought a new one. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to price our house. Within 24 hours of our house being on the market we had 30 showings and 6 offers! The first buyer fell through and thanks to Mikes hard work and hustle we were under contact again in less than 24 hours. Mike goes above and beyond for his clients(even helping us from the beach!) and if we move again, well definitely use him. I HIGHLY recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Wiseman and his partner, Mike Vasquez, did an outstanding job selling our home. They listed our house at a perfect price and gave great advice on things to make it "ready" to sell. We felt they had our best interest throughout the entire process. They negotiated to get us a super offer. We were able to stay in our selling home until we closed on the new home; allowing us to only move once. The entire process was seamless as they communicated frequently too. We would definitely use Mike and Mike again!

ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning, Mike laid out what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale, very specific, not overly costly. We made the money we spent back in marketability, price and duration on the market (three offers over two weeks).Mike was always responsive, email, text and phone during the day, night or weekend.Mike never made promises other than to work as hard as he could to deliver a deal. That he most certainly did.Mike knows his market. We sold for within 1,500 of appraised value. Mike was patient with us, worked to relieve stress and truthfully answered all of our questions.Mike kept us updated as we went through the offers we received. We game planned together, with Mike always keeping expectations real and logical.Bottom line, a really good guy, a professional in the best sense of that word.Thank you, Mike, for getting us that much closer to realizing our hopes and dreams.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is a total pro. His experience throughout the entire selling, searching, and purchasing of our home was evident. He listened to our wants and needs, which were extensive, and found us the perfect home in the exact area we were hoping for. He provided guidance through the closing of our previous home, and was in our corner every step of the way when making offers and eventually purchasing our current home. Buying & Selling a home can be a nerve-racking experience, but Mr. Wiseman kept us cool and focused. I have recommended him to all of my peers and family.

ZillowVERIFIED I would (and have) recommend Mike Wiseman to anyone who is selling their home. He and his partner Mike Vasquez are extremely easy to work with, knowledgable, very fair & reasonable, and most importably, will get a good price for your home (using a wide array of the latest marketing tools). We met with other realtors, and Mike stood out as being vested in OUR best interests, rather than his own. He pushed for aggressive pricing rather than a "quick sale" yet still got our home sold in ~1 week. Mike is very ambitious, hard working, and truly goes above and beyond to work with you and your unique needs. He is always available to answer any question, no matter the topic, and even helped us to find temporary housing, tips on the lending process, and watch outs for building a new home. Mike will be my first call the next time we sell our home!

ZillowVERIFIED We were in the process of transitioning in our life moving from Ohio to Texas. This was a very stressful transition as we had to move quickly. Mike provided excellent advise and took off with the reins. Right off the bat, he took an amazing video and pictures. He was in constant contact with us, explaining his thought process and plan of action. Our house sold within a couple of days of being on the market. Bottom line, if you want an individual that is totally dedicated to his profession, dedicated in helping people, extremely knowledgeable, Mike is your professional to contact. He is very personable, as well as very likable and a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We retained Mike and his team including Kim to help us find a home in the Cincinnati area. We first contacted Mike who connected us to Kim who became our primary contact as we searched for a home. Kim helped us search high and low and worked with us to accommodate our traveling 4 hours to get to the area. Once we found a home, Mike became the primary contact working as our mediator to the sellers. We were very impressed with their proactive approach and quick assistance, even with an unresponsive seller agent. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a home. Thanks Mike and Kim!Best Regards,Bob and Brenda Heeg

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about how great it was to work with Mike. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Mike made sure we saw everything we wanted to before we made our purchase in an awesome neighborhood. He also was able to find us a place that had more than our minimum requirements but came in under budget. I knew absolutely nothing about what to look for in a property but Mike was able to show me the big problems from the easy fixes. My wife and I now have an amazing home and couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was fantastic! When first meeting him he sent me comparables from the area and came to our house to discuss his ways as a realtor. He brought his ipad along to show the ways ERA and himself do things differently than others. He looked around my house and gave me very positive feedback and started at a competitive price. During the entire process, it's like he never let his phone leave his side - fabulous and effortless communication. Very responsive and eager to help in any way. There were many marketing tools which lead us to our buyers! Would recommend and use any day if I had to do it all again!
