Mike and Claudia are truly a dream team! Selling my home after 28 years was incredibly emotional and stressful, especially with so much to move and my son having grown up there. They completely understood, taking so much of the burden off my shoulders and making what could have been an overwhelming process feel effortless. They worked diligently to secure the highest sale price in the neighborhood, surpassing expectations. They went above and beyond, managing every detail. For a small additional fee, they addressed all remaining items, painted the entire house, landscaped the exterior, and painted the garage. They ensured everything was in working order, fixing issues from light bulbs to cabinet hinges. Their services included staging the entire house, coordinating utilities, creating marketing materials, pre-marketing the listing, and hosting an open house. They provided a thorough analysis of offers and maintained constant communication throughout the process. When faced with difficulties from the buyer's agent during the walkthrough, Mike and Claudia handled everything professionally. Their ability to solve problems was remarkable. Mike and Claudia are highly recommended. Their dedication, expertise, and care made a significant difference. They are simply incredible. I've sold houses before. Not all realtors are incredible. We can say without hesitation or qualification that we could not have moved and sold our house without Mike and Claudia! We had a house full of clutter from 33 years of marriage, and the idea of packing and moving was unbearable to contemplate, but Claudia and Mike helped us every step of the way, and much of it at no extra cost! They helped with the decluttering (from the details of bringing boxes and tape to the larger help of hauling away trash, moving items to our storage unit, taking items to donate to a charity, and encouraging us all the way) and also made value-enhancing improvements to our house (painting, caulking, deep cleaning, at no extra cost, and specific improvements that we paid for like refinishing the floors and renovating one bathroom) and staged it so it looked better than it had in years! They also knew how to price the house, held open houses, and helped us with negotiations when we had offers. Their advice, counsel, and physical help was truly astounding. Plus they are genuinely nice people! We could not have done this without them. We highly, highly recommend them! We would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Mike and Claudia are hands down the best realtors we've ever worked with. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and were always direct and honest with us. They took the time to get to know us, what we were looking for and tailored their approach to ensure it met our needs. They are always available - day or night - for any type of question. The services they provide are unreal. They painted our house, fixed repairs and landscaped(!) to get our house show ready. Even the small details they prepped for our open house was a game changer. We were in incredible hands the entire time. I highly recommend Mike and Claudia and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Mike and Claudia did a fantastic job of getting my condo fixed up and sold. They explained the whole process clearly to me and followed through on all the details-getting contractors and checking on the work being done, working with our condominium management, and keeping me informed the whole time. Since I was not in the area, I relied on them for just about everything. I would definitely recommend Mike and Claudia Webb .
