Instead, the sellers side, ignored requests, delayed and then canceled way after the closing date without valid or legal cause. Mike is friendly and professional and will work hard to help you find the right house, at the right price, as smoothly as possible. We did a lot of communication with him remotely via text and email, and he was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. He also listened to our needs and was willing to look at houses he may not have chosen himself but met our needs, as well as suggest a couple ideas that were interesting that we may not have thought about ourselves. Due to nature of how I received my home, there were several complications during the sale, but Mikes expertise and experience really helped us navigate through these complications with relative ease. He was in constant communication with me and the other parties which gave me ease of mind during the hustle and bustle of selling the house. He provided reassurance that we could sell our home within our budget for necessary improvements and gave us encouragement and support that we could trust him to get our house sold, despite us moving across the country. We had minimal bumps (all within the realm of normalcy in selling a home...especially during a Pandemic), but Mike again offered reassurance and guidance to help us make decisions on what was best for the sale.
