Mike did a wonderful job in helping us sell our home. He gave us great feedback on how to best prepare our home to be in the market and gave us wise counsel for how best to market our home. He was very patient in working with our unique selling situation, as it was a complicated employment move. He was reassuring and professional throughout the entire selling process. When looking for our first home, Mike opened our eyes to a variety of things to consider that we would have never thought of if it hadn't been for his good question asking and experience. He never made us feel rushed if we took a long time looking, and was happy to leave any property at any time if there was something that we found that was a deal breaker. Being able to trust Mike's opinion (which we easily and wisely did) made the house hunting, biding, and closing process almost entirely fear-free. Mike connected us with several companies to complete steps such as pre-approvals and home inspections, so setting all of that up was not complicated and the companies we chose from his connections, we great to work with. Mike was able to give us a great deal of knowledge about the houses we visited, was available, and followed-up with us to stay in tuned with our thoughts and opinions throughout everything. He is a great guy and a great realtor. We love our home and are immensely thankful for his help.

Without a doubt, I would recommend Mike to ANYONE who has hesitance regarding realtors. Mike is not only a professional realtor but a pastor, who both demonstrates and maintains his values from beginning to the end of the transaction. I had a real fear of being mislead by realtors ( from past experience). Mike not only took on a tough sale, as I was moving quickly and five states away AND having basement reconstruction done on my house, but stayed in contact with me by phone and email at least 4-8 times a week throughout the sale of my home. Although there was a similar home across the street that was on market for $10,000 less than mine, and I was selling in an "off season" fall market, Mike got the job done and in the timeframe that I needed financially! He listened to me, addressed my financial needs, and worked VERY hard to help me! He also talked with me and explained every step of the process, which was very reassuring to me as a mature single female who had never undergone the home sale process on my own before. Looking back I can say that Mike was the absolute BEST and MOST REASSURING part of my move. He's VERY honest and hard working. I LOVE Mike Vonderau because he is SO trustworthy, and I would recommend him as a realtor to ANYONE looking to either buy or sell a home...:)

Mike was amazing! He worked around our crazy schedules to try to find the right place for us. He helped us in our attempt to compare and contrast when we were unsure. Mike did an excellent job in the sale of our house. We didn't list the house until the first week of December, knowing that it was not the best month to sell a home. The house went into contract in January. It was amazing how quick it sold. Mike's advice with pricing and negotiating was great. He also was very proactive in calling people he thought might have interest in the property. I would highly recommend Mike for anyone interested in a quick sell.
