ZillowVERIFIED Mike did a great job with the sale of my late grandmother's house. There were lots of twists and turns, and extra work that came from things like needing to clear out the house, coordinating repairs, and probate delays, but Mike stayed positive and worked through all of it. He really put in the effort and drove great results.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot recommend Mike Temple enough! He was fantastic to work with every step of the way. This sale had some unique challenges that a lessor Realtor would likely have had difficulties with. Mike navigated us through each step. His knowledge and professional experience made the process as smooth as possible. Additionally, one wants to work with Realtor who one feels personally comfortable with. Mike is that person. When you work with Mike, you know he is honest and has your best interest in mind. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, you absolutely should have Mike Temple as your Realtor!

He was always quick to respond and make sure we got to view homes we were interested in within 24 hours. Even while he was on vacation. He made sure all our questions were answered and was very attentive to all our needs. ZillowVERIFIED The sales team at mike temple /alliance was very helpful, knowledgeable and available when we needed them. we were second time sellers and didn't have a clue which is why we did our research when it was time to find a realtor. explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the DotLoop software. ZillowVERIFIED Mike helped me find my first home many years ago, and then guided me in selling the same home. I had lots of decisions to make regarding selling as-is, or remodeling/updating lots of items. Mike helped me along with these decisions as well as helped provide guidance on good professionals and contractors to use. Mike is very responsive, even during very busy times.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is very knowledgeable and was available to answer any questions and concerns along the way. He initially met me at the property I was listing to go over everything, look and take pictures of the house. The moment he put the for sale sign out he received calls to request a showing. His first showing, I received and accept the offer.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike goes above and beyond for his clients. Excellent realtor! We had moved out of state before our house sold so Mike did a lot things for us. He let us know when a package had been left at the house and forwarded it onto us. We had a window crack at the last minute before closing and he took it to the glass company and got it fixed. He was in touch with us all the time and always returned our phone calls and texts in a timely manner. We couldn't have done this without Mike and his attention to detail.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have known Mike for 11 years. We initially wanted to buy a patio home in a development he was building but were unable to sell our homes due to the down turn in the housing market in 2007/2008. We were finally able to purchase a patio home in this development this year (from him) and then listed my home with him. We had a contract in two weeks (second person to view the house).Mike was there all the way in preparing my house for showing. He also used his contractor contacts in correcting several items found in the whole house inspection to be able to finalize the contract. My husband will soon be putting his house on the market and will be using Mike Temple.

ZillowVERIFIED I was moving from Detroit to the Dayton area and I didn't have a lot of time to look for a new home. A friend of mine recommended Mike Temple as a reliable guy, with buiding knowledge and he could be trusted. The one week-end we looked at houses, he was very professional and prompt and if I had any questions he didn't know the answer to, he inquired and promptly obtained the answers. i.e. Asking about condo fees or association fees. He would point out things that looked like they would need to be fixed or replaced. It was 4:30 on a Friday night when the house that I wanted came back on the market. Mike was very responsive, and stuck with me on completing the paperwork to get my bid into the owners after several drafts. When it came to the closing Mike was very helpful in reminding me of the neccessary paperwork needed. It was a pleasure working with Mike and I would recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is an excellent agent and gives all he has to each of his clients. When I sold my house through him he went above and beyond what I think a normal agent would go to sell my house. He did a lot of extra things that I felt he didn't have to do just to make the sale and final closing of my house as easy for me as possible. I would highly recommend Mike Temple.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be happier with the level of care that Mike took with me and my Fiancee finding our first dream home. He was honest from the start and full of knowledge, which as a first time home buyer is so important. You can't go wrong with him. We drove him all over but in the end it's was so worth it. I recommend him to everyone that I talk to when they say they are starting to think about buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I give Mike 5 stars for professionalism. He dealt with a very difficult family member in the nicest way over a multi-year period to finally accomplish the sale of the property. He priced the property above what we thought we could get, and it turned out he was correct. He returns phone calls promptly and is proactive in taking care of details. I've sold 5 houses and this was the best experience I've had. Mike was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone working with either commercial or residential properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Temple did an excellent job in helping me sell my home in Dayton, OH with me being remote in Sun City, AZ. I highly recommend and respect him not only as a real estate sales agent but also as a man with high integrity. He is excellent to work with. He didn't just help me sell my home, he helped me make much needed improvements in the home by connecting me with contractors that could do the work required. This substantially improved the salability of the home, significantly reduced the time required to sell the home, and increased my profit on the sale of the home offsetting the costs to make the improvements. At the end of the process I consider Mike a friend as well as my real estate agent. Thanks.
