We were going to spend a lot on a kitchen remodel and Mike said it was not needed. he coached us on other things to fix up, etc. He advertised the home well, and it sold at a great price in about 60 days, during the Thanksgiving-Christmas time period which is traditionally a difficult time to sell. Mike was great.

Mike Tefft made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer.Our house went under contract 1 day after we put it on the market for the asking price. Mike has the knowledge of the real estate market, he's an expert in the process of buying/selling, he's so responsive to calls/text/emails that you will think you're his only client and he will negotiate to save you money.Mike has impressed me so many times these past 5 years during business and continues way after closing. ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home and saying that I was nervous and overwhelmed is an understatement. But Mike was extremely patient with me. Because he is so knowledgeable and has so much experience under his belt, he educated me (the terrified first time homebuyer) on the process, the verbiage, and the terminology. He stayed in constant communication with me, was responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and emailed me updates daily on new listings. Mike was open and honest with me, and delivered on everything that he promised to deliver on. He's got a great repoire with other realtors and attorneys in the industry which in turn helped everything go smoothly for me in my process. ZillowVERIFIED I cannot complain in any way. Mike held my hand through the whole process and even helped me move in. Hard to put a price on that kind of service. I met Mike because he was the go between for a place i rented temporarily when I first moved to Raleigh. He helped me a couple times when I was out of town by going to take care of something at the rental. He kept everything smooth and calm in times when just renting and house hunting can be overly stressful. When I was ready to buy he was my obvious choice and he did not disappoint. It felt like I looked at 100 house not even really sure what I wanted or even what location. he never seemed frustrated by the whole thing even when he gave up weekends to accommodate my busy schedule. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough and you will always feel he is working in your best interest to achieve your goals.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was an INCREDIBLE realtor. He helped me sell my home at full asking price and went above and beyond to do it. First, he hired a professional photographer to make my home's best features shine. Next, he recommended the bare-minimum improvements that would make the home sale-ready, without breaking my bank, including introducing me to some contractors that worked miracles. Finally, since I had already moved out of the region, he handled all sprucing up between showings and kept me in the loop and when the house was contracted, he also oversaw the home-repairs requested by the buyer from the inspection report. Mike is one-of-a-kind and does phenomenal work. I wish him future continued success and happiness!

Mike provided the pros and cons of selling vs renting our house prior to our departure and clearly did not try to convince us to do one over the other. He helped us think through our options and determine the best approach. Mike was also very strategic when listing our home as well as the negotiation for the final selling price. This allowed us to sell our house with just a few days on the market and well above the asking price. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
