1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you really like it and it meets your needs. You might find it on the first try or it could take months but don't settle for a home that does not meet your needs.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choosing the right agent is key. Honesty and integrity is a must. Comprehensive marketing skills along with a good online presence is helpful and strong negotiation skills can potentially save you a lot of money.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types from seasoned investors to first time home buyers
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
My clients had to compete with 4 other offers and although their price wasn't the highest their offer was still accepted. The terms of our offer met the sellers needs better and the motivation letter was the tie breaker.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in the mortgage industry and migrated over to real estate in 1992
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have many legal, marketing and advertising courses and seminars I have taken but most of all the decades of experience have been the most valuable.
