FAQ
Get fully pre-approved before you fall in love with a house, not after. Know your real monthly number, including taxes and insurance, and stay under it. Then move fast when the right one shows up. The best homes don’t wait, and a clean, strong first offer usually beats a long back-and-forth.
Price it right on day one. The first two weeks bring the most attention you’ll ever get, so the house needs to be clean, repaired and photographed well before it goes live. Fix anything an inspector will flag, like septic, roof or electrical, before buyers find it. Surprises kill deals. Disclosure protects you. Rule of thumb I've shared...14 days you should see 10 appts. 10 appts no offers....adjust the price.
First-time buyers, move-up families, downsizers, investors, VA buyers, and people buying and selling at the same time. I work across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, from the Merrimack Valley to the Lakes Region.
A longtime client of mine was up against multiple offers, and theirs wasn’t the highest. The seller and the listing agent both knew me from past deals. They accepted my client’s offer because they were confident the sale would be handled with care and actually close. Years of doing business the right way paid off for my client on that one.
My mom and dad were both laid off from corporate jobs after 25 and 30 years. Watching that, I decided nobody else was going to control my future. Real estate puts me 100% in charge of my results, and I bring that same ownership to every client I work with.
My degree is in Sport Biology: biology, chemistry, kinesiology and anatomy. At its core, I studied how things work. A real estate transaction is a process too, with moving parts that have to happen in the right order. My passion is guiding clients through it so nothing gets missed.
