    About Mike Seder

    Mike Seder lived in Chile, South America where he became fluent in Spanish, later relocating with his family to Pittsburgh. He came to The Woodlands over 30 years ago when he was hired as a sales agent for Ryland Homes. He was quickly promoted to a management position before he was hired at LifeForms Homes. In 1992 Mike joined RE/MAX, The Woodlands & Spring. He has been a Top Producer in both listings & sales of real estate for The Woodlands, Houston & Texas. Over the last 8 years, Mike has repeatedly been named the #1 Individual Statewide Producer for RE/MAX. Most recently, he was honored with #1 Re/Max Agent in the World for 2013 & 2014 out of 90,000+ Agents! RE/MAX has honored him with the Lifetime Achievement Award, representing the highest level of achievement within the RE/MAX organization. He was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 1996, a lifetime award and the 2nd highest honor RE/MAX bestows on its agents. The prestigious RE/MAX Circle of Legends Award and the new Diamond Award were also presented to him. Mike has been named on the Houston Business Journal's Top 50 Real Estate Agents list. In 2012, for the 18th consecutive year, he placed in the top 5 with a 1st place in closed sales and in dollar volume. The Business Journal recognizes the Top 25 real estate agents in each of these categories, bringing the total attainable awards to 50.     I had hired Mike as my real estate agent to sell my property in woodlands Texas. If you are looking for someone who you think will call you often, or will be proactive in finding buyers for your house then Mike is not your person. He would be very prompt on Day 1 when you are being wooed to select a realtor but once you select him, you will never see him again. If you want to talk to him, you would need to go through a special appointment through his team.His team (Lada and others) are reasonable and will address your concerns if you call them but that is to the extent of it. Their overall approach is reactionary; they will wait for buyers to come and then Lada and others will respond. You will , however, never find them being pro-active or aggressive in a making a sale.If you really want to sell your house try someone else who is more active and accessible, qualities which Mike did not demonstrate when working with us.
