Although I didn't like that house, he immediately got a feel of what I was looking for and followed up the next day with a few new options. He was very communicative the whole time, even doing a couple walk thrus in the house to tell us what should be fixed, painted, staged, etc. Once we listed the house, he made the scheduling so easy for the visits and when we got our offers, he explained each one to us.
