Unprofessionalism at its finest! Coached clients to potentially losing the deal close to 3 times for unreasonable causes. Very uncommunicative to the buyers, was more focused on himself and personal life. As sellers, dealing with Ian, left us in emotional distress that we are still recovering from. This has been the worst experience ever, when working with buyer realtors. Not a great coach, did not seem to understand the current market and recommend to be re-educated/trained.
