I have known Mike Rankin my entire life. I was fortunate to grow up with the best Uncle ever. I have worked with a few agents in the past and never have I been impressed or more satisfied than I have been with mike! All around hes an awesome dude. You can trust him 100%. Hes very open and honest. He will tell you the things he does or doesnt like and lets you know about the long term resale of the place youre considering. Hes incredibly knowledgeable. Every question we asked he had an immediate answer for. Mike is incredibly diligent and hard working. He made everything that we needed to happen and then some.
