ZillowVERIFIED This is a year late due to misunderstanding that my fiancA(C) was doing the review. My fiancA(C) and I, were new to the real estate world July 2018. We both had never owned a home. Fortunately we were paired with Mike when we wanted to become home owners. He was extremely patient, personable, helpful, and made the stressful process a lot less stressful. He always got back to us with our questions in a timely manner. He kept us updated as listings became available on the market. There was an incident with the sellers taking something that was sold with the house to us, Mike personally wrote a check to cover what we had lost as a result of the sellers action. Mike does not want anyone being taken advantage of and is all around fair. He helped us find the perfect home and made buying a house enjoyable. If the time comes to sell and buy again, no questions asked we will be contacting Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike, first off hes the best realtor in the area hands down you dont get any better then Mike. I have used Mike 3 times 2 buys and one sale transaction. His care for his clients, knowledge of the area, knowledge of real estate process, negation skills, fast response time in a tough market, and commitment to you blows my mind away. I would never go to anyone else for a realtor. 8 months 30 plus houses and at least 4 offers. Mike never skipped a beat, or treated us disrespectfully, or lost patience/interest with us. He was spot on with all of his information. People complain about paying commission, well I tell you he was worth every penny in my opinion.

I signed with Mike on a Friday over the phone and via email the day after New Year's and had a fair offer within 3 days. Mike is a solid agent who knows the business and gets his clients solid results. You can't do better than that. Fair and honest, he gets the job done. (and I had not even had a chance to meet him face to face yet!) I rated 5 stars because that is the highest available. I won't hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone!

He consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions, show us a TON of houses (some several times), and generally make himself available whenever we needed him. After we made an offer on a house and the home inspection uncovered a problem, Mike arranged for a contractor to take care of the issue and negotiated on our behalf with the seller to make sure everything was taken care of to our specifications. He worked quickly and efficiently right up through the closing, taking care of last minute glitches and paperwork in a calm and businesslike manner. He was incredibly patient with us and always treated us with utmost respect. You will be very lucky if you have Mike working for you on a real estate transaction of any type.
