ZillowVERIFIED Mike did a great job helping us with our first purchase. We have been looking for over 6 months and Mike found us a house in the first 2 weeks. We were able to get into the home early and not have to worry about the U-haul storage. I would recommend Mike for anyone who is looking to purchase a property. He was always available by phone and texted me back right away anytime I need something or had a question.

ZillowVERIFIED We were relocating from Pittsburgh to Tulsa. I did check out a few other Realtors but most of them would not respond swiftly or not at all. I sent Mike a short email and five minutes later got his call back and that has been the experience throughout the process. Quick to respond, understanding, accommadating and supportive throughout the entire process. We were so fortunate to have Mike for an agent. He helped us buy our dream home off the river here in Tulsa. We looked at many homes but Mike found the one! Great agent!

ZillowVERIFIED The market changed right as we listed my home but we fought through it. Sold the house and still got what I needed. Mike did so many things a normal agent would not. From fixing my pool pump to changing out fixtures. I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Mike was quick on all fronts and made it very clear that he was there to serve me more than make money. Buying was still extraordinarily competitive but Mike made it stress free in finding us a home in the location we were looking for, putting us in touch with a mortgage company, communicating with that mortgage company, and finding us insurance on the home as well as car insurance since we moved in from another state. All in all Mike made the whole experience stress free!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is an incredibly resourceful and professional Realtor! Even before I went with him as my Realtor, I was struggling to figure out which updates I should focus on to sell. Mike lended me his hand to help and consult me on which updates I should focus on and really hit the nail on the head! He will go ABOVE and BEYOND to market your home and help you get more showings to sell your home FAST. I highly recommend Mike Parks.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike completely blew us away with his knowledge and help during the entire home buying process. This was our first time buying a home, so we literally knew nothing. He was so kind, kept us in the loop almost daily, he just went above and beyond. I would and will recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky to get Mike for our first home purchase. Mike was patient with us ( We looked at over 25 homes ) and he kept us from making a large mistake because of issues during inspections. Inspections were a hard time for us especially with a baby on the way. In the long run I am super happy we moved on and found a better home for our family!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband & I met Mike at an Open House for one of his listings. He was very attentive & knowlegeable. When we decided to sell our home, we listed with Mike because he seemed very capable of selling a ?one of a kind? property. We were not wrong! Our home sold as a result of the first Open House that was held & he quickly found a lovely home for us that totally met our needs. The whole process took only 5 weeks & we were expecting 5 months! The closing was perhaps one of the easiest that we have experienced! We highly recommend Mike for his honesty & integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike went above and beyond to sell my house. He kept in touch frequently and worked with me on showings. I didn?t have to worry about any of the paperwork, he handled it expertly and did right by me. Also, his fee was lower than others I interviewed. My house sold quicker than I ever thought it would. If you need and honest, knowledgeable realtor he is your guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. Our situation required us to be out of town during much of the time he was working for us, and he was constantly diligent to keep us appraised of any updates and took care of many extra details himself. He provided honest and clear headed guidance through every step of the process, from initial listing to closing. If we move back to the Tulsa area we would certainly work with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is an awesome and very professional real estate agent. My husband and I moved from Alabama to Oklahoma, so the process was a bit more complicated. When we made the decision to move, there was a lot of anxiety, however, Mike was there every step of the way with us and made our purchase a great experience. He is very responsive, timely and willing to help in any way he can. I would DEFINITELY recommend utilizing Mike for your real estate needs, you will NOT be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is an outstanding Realtor. He sold our house in just 3 days, for full price, in the middle of February! He goes above and beyond to make sure he takes care of you. Expect great service, clear communication, a strong advocate, and a dedicated worker. We particularly appreciated his transparency through what can often be a confusing and complicated process. He helped make it much clearer and more straightforward. We cant recommend him highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED My initial contact with Mike Parks was the result of my searching for a agent to give me the value of my home. I was very favorably impressed by Mike?s professional and honest response, even though he knew that the resulting information would not result in a sale for him. He was always available when I needed information. Mike was friendly and courteous, but no high pressure. He was also prompt with every appointment. I would highly recommend Mr. Parks to anyone interested in buying or selling property, and he would definitely be my first contact if I should ever decide to buy a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in the mortgage business for 18 years and Ive worked with 1000+ realtors in a business & personal capacity. Mike is my favorite realtor of all time! He was incredibly responsive, very timely, very caring, very knowledgeable, very detail oriented, very friendly, and just an all around great guy. His up to the minute daily customized reports that showed us exactly what houses were available was invaluable. The reports made shopping for a house so much easier. He was excellent to work with during the negotiations when we found a house. He worked hard with the sellers agent so that we got the best deal possible. He was responsive in helping us with the details and with obtaining the inspections. We always felt that he had our back covered. We also listed our house for Mike to sell. Mike went the extra mile for us at every turn. He did numerous open houses for us and we could always tell that he deeply cared about us and really really really wanted us to sell the house as quickly as possible. He gave us advice about how to stage the house to sell. I could go on and on about how great he was. Although Mike started out as a stranger to us, my wife and I can honestly say that he became a friend! I would encourage you to utilize his realtor services and you will not be disappointed. Jeff L

ZillowVERIFIED When I had found a home online that I was really interested in I sent a request for information online and within about a minute Mike had contacted me. That same day he had a whole workup on my home to sell and had set up the appointment to view the home I was interested in buying and a few more. With Mike's help I made an offer the next day and am now buying my ideal perfect home. He made everything very quick and easy!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold many houses in the last 20 years and decided to try Chenowith and Cohen for an agent referral to sell my home is south Tulsa. Mike Park answered the phone and we talked for several minutes, I then invited him to my home for an interview. It was the best move I could have made. Mike is young and enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate business and knows how to stage, present, and display a home to its best advantage. His dedication to representing my home was evidenced by his weekly open houses, through which we received two offers! Mike believes in working hard for his clients and keeping in touch with them to report his progress and that of the industry as well. Always available by phone or email or text, you will have a great agent and friend at your fingertips. Janet M Hale
