Also, we heard tendency of selling anything to customers which is little scary if you don't have much experience.Mike is very honest and upfront about his opinion. Some cases we didn't notice few things at the time of looking homes, but Mike was very upfront about what we miss. Mike is very quick in response also, either via text, call or email. He never missed single call from me, even when he was on vacation. At the time when we locked the deal, he negotiated with buyer's agent. He helped me buying home loan, lowest rate in the market that time. He even helped me with title company, and drafting the closure agreement. Based on how s suggestion for closure agreement, I saved few thousand.I'm writing this review after 9 months of buying home through him. Even today also if I have any questions, he is very quick to respond. Be it a painter, plumbers, electricians he has all the contacts, which is great help.Mike, thank you for your help and support. It did not take him long to get a feel for what we wanted and he was patient until we found THE one. Closing was seemless. ZillowVERIFIED We selected Mike because he worked with what we had and told us what we needed to hear and not what we wanted to hear. We did not have extra money for staging costs and other non-essentials. He walked through our house on the initial visit and told us everything to change/update and how the house should be staged using our own belongings.Once our presentation met his standards he was ready to list it. In the first week we received 7 showings. The 7th led to an offer on the 7th day of sale. We were in contract on day 9 of having our home for sale. He walked us through the offer process and guided us on how much to counter with. We eventually sold for $900 under asking price (99.3% of asking) but the buyer required 3% in closing cost coverage on top of that.In the end Mike, and his assistance Jamie, were very helpful and always quick to respond, often within a few hours. His knowledge of coming in with a "Buyer's eye" really paid off with not having to keep the house staged with two little boys running around.
