My wife and I both commented how out of the ordinary he was for his profession. Over the next year and a half we looked at many houses and met many local agents. When we became more serious we went back to Mike and worked with him to purchase our current home. It was a complicated purchase and Mike was always with us with great advice and resources. That is exactly what we received when working with the O'Boys. While they clearly possessed the "head knowledge" and "technical skills" to market and sell our home, their listening skills and genuine desire to fulfill our hopes, and do so in a timely, seamless fashion, was appreciated beyond measure! They presented many incredible options, but were very patient as we waited for *just* the right one! They are from the area and grew up there so are very knowledgeable in the ways only "a local" could be (e.g. recommending for or against a particular property because during a certain time of the year, the sun will set in such a way that the light coming in through this window may be a problem, etc.). What are the pros and cons of Capitola vs Aptos vs LaSelva? Which beaches are the best dog beaches? They can tell you. I could not recommend them more highly and in fact have already recommended 3 other friends to them!
