ZillowVERIFIED Mike was a machine, nothing stops this guy! He met with us after two other realtors flaked out on us. Mike listened to our needs carefully and within five showings had a property we wanted. When that property turned out to be off the market (I dragged my feet on putting in an offer), Mike met with us and showed us another half dozen properties, eventhough he had recently hurt his knee! An absolute MVP! We closed on the second to last house he showed us in less than three months.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike did an excellent job of guiding me through the estate sale of my late sister's condo. He was recommended to me by the realtor who had sold my sister's previous condo. He is the realtor of record in the sale of the current condo to my sister. Mike knows the subject property, the condo development, the locale, the market, and has established contacts with industry professionals throughout the area. He handled all aspects of the sale with timely communication, great advice, and an empathetic demeanor. Mike is a real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the Lakewood Ranch, Florida area. I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided us in the sale of this property.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was fantastic to work with, he went above and beyond and made the "virtual" process very easy. Mike represented me as I was not able to attend final walkthrough and met a contractor to let them in to give an estimate in my absence. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike did a great job during the final inspection of our home allowing us to have the builder fix items we would have missed. He also sold our previous home and set a record in the neighborhood at that point. Highly recommend

ZillowVERIFIED Mike made buying easy, painless, and a wonderful experience. Not only did my wife and I give him a list of what we wanted in a house and budget, he found that plus the extras such as a great community, school for our son, and below our too budget making the purchase extremely easy. Would 100 percent recommend Mike to anyone looking for a realtor that can get them what they want/need. Great experience and thank you Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was always available and responded quickly to questions. He followed up on research on different properties and had good useful advice on choices and negotiation. I would definitely use his services and recommend him to others. We were totally unaware of the existence or effect of mineral rights on property purchases. Those are not usually included in property descriptions. Mike researched mineral rights on each parcel reviewed and on all areas considered for purchasing. Information that was essential in making our choice. Thank you. Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was a fantastic realtor. He knew the area very well, knew which new homes would be completed in our time frame, always visited the house quickly to take pictures of the build progress when we asked (because we were out of state), knew a ton about what would need to be replaced or fixed in all the other homes we saw, wasnt afraid to tell the truth about problems we should know about and avoid, always punctual and responsive, and on top of all this hes also a friendly and funny guy to interact with. We had a great time shopping for homes with him and I believe we ended up with the best possible option given our budget and short time frame. Thanks a ton Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was the best! He is super helpful and realistic and doesnt try to sell you a house just be done with it. He truly cares and wants you to find something youll love. Hes really good at pointing out the positive and negatives of a home so you can be well prepared. We looked in several different towns in a very difficult market and got disappointed a few times; but Mike never gave up and encouraged us that we would find the right one. And we did! Hes always super responsive and answered all of our questions. We would recommend him to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED I flew in from Idaho to look at properties in the Lakewood Ranch area. I reached out to Mike for his availability and he made himself available the day I got here. He spent 4 to 5 days with me showing me new construction, established communities, 55 and over, and even homes that would need a remodel. He was informative, never pushy or suggestive of one community over another one. He had great insight about how certain areas were growing. He has been there throughout this entire process which has taken 12 months to build and close. He helped with some situations I could not handle back in Idaho. He was always there to review documents I was signing. A very attentive real estate agent and I would recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Real salespeople are born, not taught. Mike is truly a born salesman. Mike is patience, listens, benefits oriented and follows through on all aspects in order to close the deal. I was a FSBO, Mike following through on a lead contacted me . After a long discussion I told him thanks but no thanks. Three weeks later Mike called again, again thanks but no, and then he said he might have someone interested. With that, he even got me to increase my buyers broker fee to 3% . Three days later we were under contract, and I hadn't even listed the property. I want to thank Mike for asking all the right questions, being patient and following through over a period of time. Mike will now be my buyers broker on my next house. Mike, thanks for bring me the deal. Rik Portmann

We never felt any pressure to buy as his priority was to make sure we found the home that was right for us and in a location where we would be happy. Additionally, Mike has remained involved with our moving into our new home after the closing. We were very fortunate to have worked with Mike and feel we have made a new friend in our new new location. Jim Magalska and Mary Miller

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was instrumental in finding a home for my husband and me. We moved here from Cincinnati and knew nothing about Bradenton, except my son and his family recently relocated here. From the first phone call through our house closing, Mike was there for us. He promptly responded to texts, emails, and calls whenever we had questions. He provided us with information about surrounding areas to help us find the perfect house. We would highly recommend Mike Novak.
