ZillowVERIFIEDMr Michael was not only informed well but was prompt and confident in his sales skills. He was also very organized and knew his way around the areas in which we were looking to purchase a home. The sale didnt go through and we decided to move to Arizona instead. Very professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDAfter using several other agents I contacted Mike for his assistance. Unlike the other agents he was actively sending me emails on properties that matched my needs and wants. He stayed on top of things and made the home buying process as painless as it possibly could be. I have and will recommend Mkie in the Future.

ZillowVERIFIEDMichael Murphy answered my request promptly and was very helpful with my request. I am looking for a home in the Alexandria area and I told him I would get back to him when I sold my house. I was very impressed and will use him when I am ready to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIEDMike made my first home purchasing experience easy as it could be. He was a great help in finding the right home for my budget. I like the fact that Mike does not try to push any properties on you, but he tells you his honest opinion and helped me find a home that i love. Thanks Mike!

ZillowVERIFIEDMike helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was extremely helpful in working around our busy schedule. He was also very accommodating in our search no matter whether we decided on day to look at the top of our price range, and the next day at the bottom. He was very quick to respond to any email/phone calls/text messages that we sent to him. Mike is very professional and knowledgable about the home buying experience. When we move from our current home, he will definitely be the agent we call to both help sell our house, as well as buy our next one! Thanks Mike!

ZillowVERIFIEDMike helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Knowing that I was very inexperienced in this process, Mike walked us through each step to make sure we were informed and he made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. His negotiation skills allowed us to purchase the home we wanted and keep it within our budget. Mike was very prompt and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend Mike Murphy to any first time home buyers.
ZillowVERIFIEDMike helped me find a house in 2010 and will be the guy who helps me find my next house when that time comes. He helped me find a house in the area I was looking, for the price I was looking for. He met me and showed me houses when it was convenient for me. Mike has done a great job of letting me know what improvements to make to my house and which ones to avoids in order to not price myself out.
