I initially put my home on the market as "For Sale By Owner", but was unable to draw the attention necessary to attract serious buyers. When I decided to work with a realtor, I began by interviewing agents from three well regarded firms.Mike Muisenga had an excellent track record for sales in the area, and was the only one wiling to working with me on certain terms of the listing agreement. My home was in a great location, but lacked the modern updates of homes in the neighborhood. Mike provided me with a realistic price range for my home, and marketed my home across multiple advertising platforms. He coordinated several open houses, and throughout the process kept me informed of feedback from potential buyers. Mike demonstrated the value of working with a true professional through his negotiations with three interested buyers. In the end, he came up with an innovative approach to brokering a deal between myself (seller), the buyer, and a builder for the buyer, that proved better than any earlier offer I had received.I greatly appreciate Mike Muisenga's outstanding effort to sell my property, and gladly recommend him to others interested in selling their homes.
