When Denise took over the listing of our home, it had already been sitting on the market for months with very little activity. The difference after she stepped in was immediate. She came to us with an actual marketing plan, not just putting the house on the MLS and hoping for the best. She promoted the property heavily on social media, created excellent marketing materials, held a very well-run open house, and clearly put real effort into getting our home in front of buyers.
