ZillowVERIFIED This was my first experience selling a home. I listed my home with Mike Mazyck Realty June 24 and closed escrow on my house August 10. My realtor was Jason Miller. I didn't know what to expect but had heard horror stories from other friends dealing with other realtors, so I was nervous. I liked Jason from the very first phone conversation. There was no pressure to sign a contract and he answered all my questions and concerns. Jason came to my home, looked over the property and met with my daughter and myself. My first impression of Jason held true and I signed a contract that day. There were a few bumps but I was never anxious or concerned because Jason always had my back and I knew it. His concern was for me at all times so much so that he stayed in contact while on vacation with his family! I have moved in with my daughter so I will never sell another property but if I did I would work with one company and one realtor. This group and Jason are concerned with and about their clients. There is no double-talk or double-dealings. I highly recommend Jason and the Mike Mazyck Realty team without reservation.

So I started looking on Zillow and found a couple of homes that I wanted to look at and sent my information in and that same day Lujenna with Mike Mazych Realty contacted me. The first weekend she and I went looking I did not see anything I liked. She communicated with me throughout the week and had lined up some homes to look at the following weekend. The first house we went to was in Fate and it was the house that I knew I wanted. I am now in the process of closing and hopefully moving within the week. Lujenna has been great throughout the process. She has kept me informed all throughout each step. This was to be the first time I have ever sold a house to buy another. It can be very stressful. Deliver Pizza to you on your moving day, FREE! They offer a service to set up all your utilities (internet, TV, electric, gas, mail, driver's license along with sign up for voting). They also have a service that will go in and clean your entire house, inside and out, for a small fee! Wow. I just wish the realty companies I've used in NH and WA did this..talk about Southern hospitality....I love Mike Mazyck Realty
