Mike was constantly in contact with us to set up showings. He has so much knowledge not just on the housing market but on houses themselves. We were getting an FHA loan and he had us looking out for things that the FHA appraiser might look at. When we found a house we wanted to make an offer on he helped us jump on it quickly and kept in constant contact with the sellers agent to see it through. ZillowVERIFIEDMike did an excellent job helping us sell our Livonia home, however, when it came to the purchase of our new home thing went awry. Mike neglected to secure a damage deposit on our purchase agreement and the sellers left a great deal of damage to our home. We are faced with many repairs of things broken (light fixtures), carpet soiled by animals, items removed from the home not excluded, etc. Mike and EXP have done nothing but offer an apology for the oversight. We expected more from a seasoned agent. This was a rookie mistake that has cost our family over $15,000. Had there been a deposit for the 24 days of occupancy, this review would have been different. He is a smooth talking salesman with no accountability. I have texts and documents for proof. We are taking legal action.
