The moment we met Mike he told us to keep a positive attitude because he would help us find a house. Two months later the day has finally come and we closed Escrow on the perfect house for my family. We got the perfect size house and in the exact neighborhood we wanted. In the time we spent with Mike he made us feel like he genuinely cared. I live out of town but made arrangements to travel to my father's place and meet with Mike. Within just a few hours we had a whole new plan of action in place. Mike took on my townhouse and work very diligently to help me get it short sold. Even through the tenant issues, Mike worked with me and them to accommodate everyone's needs and still show the townhouse when needed. He short sold it with no out of pocket expense to me! He's a great person to have on your side!
