ZillowVERIFIED Mike Lee provided us with the expertise needed to locate and purchase our Colorado home. His knowledge of the area and market conditions made us comfortable purchasing a property quite a distance from current residence. Mike was fun and easy to work with and in constant communication. From locating our home through closing this was a great experience. Thank you, Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Lee was very professional and helpful in representing our property and getting it sold. Mike had our property listed promptly on the major online real estate sites and when he found a buyer he was a great asset for leading us through the negotiations and the closing process so that it was very easy and seamless. We would highly recommend Mike to represent your property.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike did a great job helping me purchase my home. He was great at not making me feel pressured or pushed, even during the tight buyer's market that we're experiencing. He has extensive local knowledge throughout the valley and it shows. He also did a great job negotiating on my behalf. I recommend Mike, for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is one of the best assets in the San Luis Valley... He is very accommodating, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. My wife and I have worked with him on several occasions prior to landing a property in the valley and we couldn't be more pleased with his efforts and support.

ZillowVERIFIED I usually do not write negative reviews, but I was fairly taken back by my interactions with this agent. I called and talked to Mike and I definitely got a 'good old boy' feeling from him. Seeing how I am a woman, I really do wonder how different my conversation would have gone with Mike if it had been my husband instead of me. Towards me, he was short and despondent. I gave him some ideas for what my husband and I were looking for and both of our email addresses. This was a few weeks ago. I never heard anything back from him. This is very disappointing because I live in another town and have a lot of things I need to learn about the property in Colorado. I was hoping Mike would be the person to help me, but I guess it was just not a good fit.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike represented us in our purchase of a home in Sheep Creek. There arent enough superlatives to describe our experience with him. Suffice it to say that we highly recommend Mike whether you are buying or selling. He is, simply put, the best. On top of his real estate skills, he is just an all around nice guy. You cant go wrong with Mike.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our Colorado mountain home with Mike last Fall. Throughout the process, he was professional, knowledgeable, honest and caring. He is exceptionally good at listening to his clients and then matching the interests of buyers with sellers. Within 3 months our home was sold. We value Mike's expertise in real estate, but more than that, we value his ability to put folks at ease through a sometimes stressful process. Thanks, Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike really knows the San Luis Valley! We had a very unique property that we were ready to undervalue or give up on. Mike was great to work with, easy to understand, and has the confidence level that put us at ease. Mike not only pegged the right price, but brought it to close within just a couple of months. We are thrilled with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED When we found Mike, we not only found a real estate agent highly knowledgeable about the area, but we also found a new friend! He is very quick to respond - in fact we contacted a half dozen agents and Mike responded immediately while only one of the other five responded and they responded a couple of days later. He was on top of every issue that arose and resolved them extremely fast. He goes above and beyond for you! We immediately felt that we could trust Mike from the first few moments we talked - if you are buying or selling you need to let Mike help you.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was great to work with on selling our house. He was very knowledgeable of the local requirements and was able to help us overcome some of the hurdles we encountered with the property. He stayed in touch during the selling process and kept us up to date on progress made and was able to answer all of our questions. Mike treated us great and stayed with us during the whole process, making the whole process go smoothly. He was able to explain all the forms clearly and helped us to get the most out of our home. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home or property.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Mike over the phone and informed him I was interested in a certain piece of land, he immediately told me he would help me in any way possible. We set up a time to meet at the property 3 weeks down the road and the Wednesday before we were to meet he called me to see if we were still on schedule. We met Mike and he was very informative on property we were interested in. He was also prepared to show us other properties. We make and offer and them a counter offer and bought the property. Mike helped us all the way through closing. We would recommend Mike to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED My first contact with Mike was five months ago and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the area where we were considering buying a piece of property. He is very professional, but at the same time has a great sense of humor. Without Mike's guidance and honesty I'm quite sure we would have floundered terribly while trying to learn about all the many properties. He helped us narrow down a very large search area and focus on properties that were suited to our needs. Mike always made himself available by phone or e-mail and never gave the impression that I might have been calling at a bad time. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is patient, amiable, and very accommodating for the sometimes unpredictable timeline of real estate acquisition. He is flexible, open to finding solutions, and practical. Due to his knowledge and familiarity with the region, we valued his expertise and he consulted with us in every stage of our process. Our experience was very positive because it fostered a lasting relationship that extended into welcoming us warmly into the community. He simply does not view clients solely as property buyers; Mike and his team are collaborative and welcoming. Comprehensive and genuine, Mike is an ideal agent we strongly recommend in any capacity.
