Mike is simply the best realtor I have ever met. He represented me as a buyer, and from the very first day I met him, he made a strong impression by telling me that transparency is the key to being a great realtor. Its clearly something he truly believes in, and he consistently practiced it throughout my entire home-buying process. Mike has every quality you would hope for in a professional agent, like strong local knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and an incredibly strong network of trusted contacts. Any time I had questions about repairs, inspections, or even remodeling ideas, he could instantly recommend the right person to talk to. That made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. However, what really sets Mike apart is how organized and proactive he is. He emailed me daily updates summarizing what had been completed, what was currently in progress, and what the next steps would be. That level of communication is rare, and it gave me a huge sense of confidence and trust. On top of that, whenever any issue came up, Mike would call me directly, explain the situation clearly, and work out a solution quickly. Every time, things were resolved shortly after our conversation. Thats the kind of experience every buyer hopes to have during the home-buying process. Mike was a wonderful agent from start to finish on our home purchase journey. As first time buyers, he was very patient with all of our questions. I'm a first-time homebuyer, and was looking for a condo. Started poking around online and found a place I wanted to tour. I contacted Mike to set that up. My parents own a house so I wasn't going in blind, but neither they nor I knew much about how condos worked. That's where Mike came in. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgable from beginning to end, and I really want to emphasize that, the whole process. The first place ended up not being a match, and I didn't look again until 9 months later. Mike kept me informed on market trends and a few times I had questions he answered them quickly. When I began looking again, he was great at scheduling tours of places I liked, and gave me insights on his experiences with some of the complexes I was interested in. The real value though came when I decided I wanted to make an offer on a place. We got the offer out quick enough to avoid ending up needing to outbid other potential buyers. The next 30 days were some of the most hectic I've ever had. Thankfully any time I had a question about anything, Mike walked me through it. The contingencies were all dealt with as scheduling allowed, such as home inspection (which ended up with me getting a bunch of the seller's furniture, of greater value, in place of repair credit), HOA contingency reviewing documents and requesting a few missing documents through the escrow, etc. Even after closing, he's been answering any remaining questions I have, and has offered advice and vendor recommendations for any issues that may arise. Working with Mike felt very informal yet very professional at the same time. He's very friendly, I never felt intimated or hesitant to ask a dumb question. And he's very knowledgable. I've already recommended him to a couple friends and plan to work with him again in the future.
