He also was very helpful in showing our old house and when an offer was made, he followed through until the sale was made. Since we were not at the buyers closing meeting, Mike delivered the purchase check directly to our house.

Can't say enough about how responsive Mike was to our every need and question. We had numerous questions, each was answered in timely fashion, with documentation/references where needed - many of our questions were anticipated and Mike was already prepared with the answers we needed. Information on closing schedule, final walk-through, schedule of important dates were provided without needing to ask. Every date was met on time without fail, the timeline given was complete and accurate in every detail.Contractual changes were needed, Mike had them done for us & negotiations with the sellers (home builders) were completed quickly and accurately. Communication with Mike was a pleasure, and he was very responsive to text, email and phone.Superior customer service experience (and from someone who works for a retailer that demands this kind of customer experience, that says something worth reading, IMO!)
