Experience, market knowledge, and ethics are very important in selecting an agent to help guide you through the process of selling your home. 3) What types of clients have you worked with?

I have had the privilege and opportunity to work with an amazing array of clients in price ranges from under $100k into the high end luxury market. I truly enjoy serving all people and treat each of my clients like they are million dollar clients!

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Several months ago we listed the home of a wonderful seller who was looking to move out of state to be closer to family. After some time on the market, the perfect buyer appeared and we negotiated a deal. A week into the escrow, the quarantine took effect. Though there were many ups and downs, we all managed to work together and hand the keys over to the buyer on time and on schedule. Great teamwork.

5) How did you get started in Real Estate?

I an an entrepreneur at heart. I got started in real estate as an investor at the age of 23 and became licensed a few years later. I have never looked back and am always looking to gain new knowledge and skills.

6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I am highly trained in negotiations and all types of real estate sales transactions. My background in real estate spans nearly 15 years across multiple states. I understand the intricate details of real estate and will assure your transaction goes as smooth as possible.
