As you know, when you are about to sell your home there is not JUST one anxious moment, the whole process can be ridden with anxiety. When Mike is at the helm, he smooths all that anxiousness away with calm reasoning, sprinkled with a little humor. Personally, we were cats on a hot tin roof and we wanted to jump at anything thrown our way. Mike got us the best deal; way better than we had anticipated. In fact, Mike helped us buy our house and sell because we had that much trust in him. If you hire Mike to buy or sell your home, you will be doing yourself a favor!

Mike and his team were extremely helpful not only in the actual sale, but also in coordinating professional remodelers and stagers that helped to make for a smooth transaction at a very good price.
