ZillowVERIFIEDMike did an outstanding job as our realtor! We wanted a very very specific property and he understood all of our wants and needs very thoroughly as he was patient with us waiting for the exact right property to be listed. He always kept us in mind and reached out even when that took time for the niche market we were in. As soon as something hit the market that was perfect for our family, he was in contact with us at any given time, always keeping us in the loop. He moved his schedule around and always made sure that we could not only communicate with him, but get into view the house the very small window of time it was convenient for us. His extensive knowledge of the area was extremely helpful for us who didnt know anything about the area, but wanted to get in! In addition, his helpfulness with the inspection report was unparalleled. Not only did he help explain everything to us, but he insured that everything was completed perfectly. His helpfulness, responsiveness, check-in, and knowledge were very vital and helping us get our dreams second home! He also insured we closed faster than ever before so we could get in for Memorial Day weekend! We are so grateful and would definitely recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was the perfect realtor. He helped us buy our first home almost 3 years ago and has now helped us sell the very same home. Mike actually listens when you tell him what you are looking for and is honest with his feedback and advice. He isn't the kind of realtor that is going to blow smoke just pump his numbers up. He isn't just trying to sell you selling as quick as possible, he really wants you to be happy in the end. He is realistic, honest, and personable. I would recommend anybody in the area to Mike Homan.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike helped us sell our house at Holiday Lakes this spring. It was one of the smoothest, easiest transition we have ever done! He guided us, advised us, took control of the sale and there was never any pressure to do anything we werent comfortable with. He followed through almost immediately with every question we had and helped us find local people to help with the inspection repairs needed. He worked professionally with the buyer and us as we had a few things we were and werent leaving with the house. He was nice, kind, calm and confident. Our home sold in one week and we couldnt be happier with who we chose to make this all happen. I would HIGHLY recommend Mike Homan!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED My realtor was Tammy Smith, part of the Mike Homan team. She was great! Very friendly, easy to talk to, always available, knowledgeable. Shes willing to do what it takes to close on the house and make you happy! She didnt mind driving to multiple houses for showings or driving to cities that were a bit of a drive for her to get to.

ZillowVERIFIED Seamless process throughout. Thorough, responsive, professional and knowledgable. Was a pleasure working with Mike. Mike sent us listing that he thought may interest us as we are not local to the area. He sent us one listing before anyone else and we were able to be the first ones to see the home. We liked is, quickly discussed a plan of approach with Mike and he executed the plan perfectly. We went from notification of the house being available to having a contract signed in less than 48hrs. We were out of state for the whole process and Mike oversaw every step for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike helped us buy a home in this market during COVID when response and reaction time was critical. I am very demanding and expect the Realtor to be on top of their game! Mike delivered and helped us purchase the home we desired in a very empty market. I do not plan on buying or selling another home, but if I ever had to I would look no further than Mike Homan! He is Excellent

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased many homes personally and through business. Ive never had a situation that was as hard as this was. Due to the inability of seller to complete the home sale this was drawn and took an extreme amount of work to get completed. If it wasnt to the help I received from Mike and Tammy still wouldve never been completed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the home I wanted. Ive never had a better realtor in any of the deals Ive done. I cannot recommend Mike and Tammy Enough. If anyone I know is looking for a realtor for the next home transaction it would be wise to work with Mike and Tammy from Remax

ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Mike for about a year as he patiently and expertly lead us on a journey to find our dream house. He was on top of everything while not being overly pushy. Once decisions were made the daunting home buying process was made so easy on us. We couldnt be happier with the process and the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED Our relationship with Mike Homan began approximately one year ago after we had attempted to sell our lake home over a period of several years with other realtors and independently. Mike Homan made it happen. He was persistent in his advertising and pursuit of buyers, in continual communication with us, direct and honest about potential buyers and continually did the little extras that eventually brought us a buyer. We could not be happier with Mike and his efforts.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike has been a great realtor to work with on the sale of our home. Weve met and dealt with quite a few over the years, and we have to say that Mike truly puts a personal touch on his transactions by keeping in contact and being readily available to answer any questions. He works harder than the average realtor to keep his clients happy, thru the use of convenient online technology and in-person contact. Mike will keep the ball rolling towards a complete and as swift as possible transaction. His experience and knowledge will get the job done!

Mike demonstrates all these skills...exceptionally!From the moment I contacted him with an interest in the property he communicated with the seller and followed up with us quickly; all while on vacation in Florida! So much was able to be managed on-line and the information was easy to follow and complete. Thanks, Mike!
