ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased a home using Mike Hines, listed a home for rent, and now sold a house using him as an agent. He has been one of the best agents I have used. He is extremely knowledgeable of the buying and selling process along with knowing how to negotiate with other agents. I was impressed with how quickly he returns messages and gets answers to you. He has specifically helped my husband and I find our new home approximately 2 years ago and helped us list our old home for rent. He helped us find an excellent tenant and walked us through the entire process of renting. He suggested property management companies for us as well. After the rental period was done, we listed the house for sale and had an offer on it the same day, within dollars of our asking price due to his great negotiation skills. He kept us informed of the sale process throughout the time leading up to the closing. Through all three of these transactions, he has not only became our #1 agent, he has become a friend of ours.
