He was very knowledgeable , and very truthful and helped us realize what had to be done and what the best price for our property would be. We had 80 acres with a house and decided to split ip up into three sections.We proceed immediately with the paperwork and a few days Later it was a Friday Mike put the signs up and put it on line the next day (Saturday) Sunday we sold the house and another plot of land...I would recommend Mike for any kind of realistate, large or small.He is the best always honest, truthful and always available to you To answer questions or help you thru the processes.He is number one in my book and should be the First Realtor you should call !!!!

It took a couple open houses to get it done but no one was getting out in the 15F weather we were having over the winter. We had a comparative realtor come out and advised us to sell at one price, and Mike came in and described why the home was worth just a bit more. He explained the details of the process, his marketing strategy, and his expectations. This said, the house sold so quickly we didnt have any time to experience his marketing in action. Within one day we had an offer on the house. Mike immediately reached out to all other interested parties to check on competing bids and advised us soundly on counteroffer strategy. His knowledge of local real estate markets, agents and buyers was 2nd to none and he was good for his word when it came to expectations of how other agents would react to counters and what we would expect to land on in the end. He was spot on with the price.Throughout the process Mike was always available for communication when we had questions and was always prompt with a response. Trust me when I say we sent him texts and emails late at night and on the weekends not expecting a response until the next day or week, but he was back within minutes. He was always a step ahead of everyone on the process. He anticipated our needs as sellers and the needs of the buyers as well. I cant say enough about his professionalism, his knowledge and his courteousness. If you elect to sell your home, Mike will ensure you are not left wanting at the end of the day.

He made it work and keep it calm. Even after the first closing failed, he made it work in the end. I appreciated the use of technology to keep us up to date, and he was always quick to respond to questions. He was supportive in getting me through the sale and the divorce. ZillowVERIFIED Working with Mike was effortless. I asked him to sell our home as we noticed his many listings in our neighborhood and how quickly they sold. He was incredibly polite and attentive during the process. I asked Mike to be blunt and honest. He came by the house, assessed its condition, suggested where to focus our efforts, and provided very frank advice. We received an offer immediately but it quickly fell through. Mike was unfazed and calmed our worries, even meeting me late one evening before a scheduled trip I had. He allowed me to take his time away from his family to make sure I was still happy with our arrangement. Two weeks and a few showings after listing the house we had an offer. We moved out of state three weeks prior to closing and Mike even stopped at the house to check the mail. I have unequivocally recommended Mike to our friends and neighbors back in Columbia. If an opportunity arises for us to move back to Missouri, Mike will be one of the first calls.
