ZillowVERIFIED Where to even start... Mike is a professional, honest, straight-shooting, and responsive realtor. Mike depicts all of the qualities you look for in a realtor. The most distinguishing part of our experience with Mike is how available he is. Towards the end of the closing process, there were several times in which we needed him to meet us at the house we were purchasing and in an hours time, he was there. He cared about our interest and was very diligent with everything he did. Would HIGHLY recommend Mike as a realtor for anyone. He has our future business. Meg was also a huge help with the lending part of the process and held us accountable for reaching our closing deadlines, and answering all the questions we had. ZillowVERIFIED We (John and Irene Sirvis) relocated to Florida in November 2019 after living in Honolulu, Hawaii for the last 15 years. We have friends who live in Vero Beach, so we checked that area out first. While looking on-line at housing, Irene contacted Premier Properties about a house she liked and spoke with Meg Hickey. This was the start of a two month journey that led to finally closing on a house in Feb 2020. Throughout this period we were professionally assisted by Meg, her son Mike Hickey, and Michelle Farr, their executive assistant. Being new to the Vero Beach housing market, we adjusted our search parameters several times as we gained knowledge of the area, and how our housing needs mapped to it. Meg and Mike took our revisions in stride and each time came up with a new list of homes to visit. It was truly gratifying to be in a new area and receive the support that we did in looking for and subsequently purchasing a home. We came across a few houses with Mike and after a handful of showings we finally found the one! Mike Hickey is an amazing agent! He is quick to schedule a showing when you find a house you like. He is also very observant during the showing. He makes sure to look at things on and in the house that you wouldn?t think about. He is straight to the point and if something is wrong with the house or just doesn?t look right he?ll let you know, which is extremely helpful. His personality is great and you can tell that he loves what he does. The M&M group helped tremendously with their advice and communication. They are a great team and help fill in for each other when one is out of town. They are all on the same page and know exactly what is going on with your file when you call. They provide a vendor list that made it easier on me after closing, to set up water, utilities, etc. Our transaction would have seriously fallen apart if it wasn?t for the M&M group. Brennen and I are so thankful for this team and would highly recommend them to any buyer!
