ZillowVERIFIED We were so impressed with Mike during our listing appointment, that we contacted him to list our home. The transaction was challenging, during the covid-19 pandemic and the buyer's agent was non-responsive, Mike pulled through and we got almost a full price offer within 3 weeks of listing. He has been wonderful to work with, he communicated with accuracy and timeliness. It was a pleasure to have Mike represent us in the sale of our home and we would recommend him to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was absolutely amazing! He handled the purchase of our new home. It became a long and arduous journey due to COVID19, with the deal extending over 3 months. Mike handled the twists and turns with grace and patience and always gave us great advice. I could not recommend him more highly! Through this process, Mike has more than earned being our go-to agent for any future deals, and we will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED We would definitely recommend Mikes services to friends and family. My husband and I are both in agreement that Mike got us top dollar for our house. Although we had some disagreements here and there, in the end, we felt that Mike knew what he was doing and genuinely wanted us to get the highest bid for our house. We were impressed with his negotiations and he made sure that the closing process was a smoother one. Thanks again for your services, Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike was a delight to work with. He was incredibly patient with us on our home buying journey, showing us many homes over a 3 month period as we searched for something that checked enough of our boxes. His advice was great and he made sure our interests were at the forefront through the entire process. Thanks Mike for making this such a great process!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike is an excellent real estate agent. As you start the very long journey of selling one home and buying another, you need someone who's going to be with you every step of the way, and Mike is exactly that kind of partner. He worked with us through a sale that had a rocky start because of the season, got us priced right, and we ended up with multiple offers. On the purchase, he was diligent, even when we totally changed our target neighborhoods. Then, during the homestretch of dual escrows, he was on top of everything and got it all done, right down to handing me the keys to my new home. I strongly recommend Mike!

ZillowVERIFIED We are a young couple who just bought a condo in Encino. Mike helped us with the home purchase. He and his team were very professional with every single detail and could respond to our questions and requests with helpful solutions. We have been happy to have him and his team as our buy-side agent. Actually we got to know him by the referral of our friend who also bought a house under his help. We will be happy to introduce our friends to him in the future if anyone plans to buy a house!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't thank Mike enough on helping us finding our dream home. We are first time home buyers entering a completely unknown real estate world. As soon as we met Mike, we knew he was our guy. He was professional and patient. We worked together as a team, from making an offer to a home inspection to even finding a painter. Mike was there every step of the way. We would definitely recommend Mike to our friends and families. He will be our realtor for life!

ZillowVERIFIED This has been a long time coming and I'm extremely upset with myself for not writing a review for Mike since he helped us get our house in Granada Hills. Mike is the best realtor in the SFV and probably one of the best agents in the world (no joke). This man can get you the house of your dreams nearly the same day. Every single we put an offer in, he helped us land the house the same day. When we eventually found our dream home and decided we needed that house to be our home, Mike made it happen that same night (we saw the house in the afternoon and fell in love). The house already had offers but he spoke to the selling agent and made it happen for us. I cannot tell you enough, please please use Mike if you want to purchase a house in the SFV. If you don't want to buy in the SFV, you can still reach out to him and i'm sure he can help you however he can or suggest idea. Thank you Mike, my family and myself are forever grateful to you. -Polanco Family

ZillowVERIFIED Mike Harutunyan is exceptional! He helped us sell our home in Granada Hills, CA. This was our first experience selling a home and Mike walked us through every aspect of the process from beginning to end. He helped us get ready to sell and supported us through the entire time our house was on the market. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mike when we sold our last home and during the purchase of our new home. Mike was incredibly helpful and made what is typically a stressful time pretty easy. Mike's marketing of our home helped us sell faster than anyone else in our subdivision and because he listened to us when we told him what we were looking for in a new home, we found an incredible new home to raise our family. Mike was so great we have referred several friends and they have all worked with Mike and loved their experience too.

ZillowVERIFIED Mike worked with me for over 7 months to find my house. I had a very specific house in mind that was a rare find. Even when I got side-tracked by other life events and hadn't been in touch for months, Mike kept me in mind and when my "perfect" new house came up, he contacted me. As a first time home buyer, Mike was super helpful walking me through the process without being too pushy. I'll definitely call Mike when I'm ready for my next house!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently moved to Van Nuys to take care of family. I had never owned a home back East, and needed help with finding a place close to my wife's family and within our budget. As a starter home, we were priced out of buying a single family house so we decided to look into purchasing a condo/townhouse. While looking at some properties online, Mike Harutunyan's name popped up a few times. I decided that I wanted to work with someone familiar with the area so I reached to him. Mike contacted me in less than 24 hours and thus began our working relationship. From the onset, he was open to keeping us informed which helped us since we were first time home buyers.Mike created a search list of properties to look at based on my wife's and my preferences. On our first day of touring properties, Mike introduced us to a listing that fit our needs perfectly. After negotiating with the seller's realtor, he called to let us know that the seller had accepted our offer. Our property search took us only one day.During the closing process, Mike kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. For us the process was relatively quick and painless, and I strongly believe that had a lot to do with Mike. We had a mutual respect for each other, an open line of communication, and in the end, he helped my wife and I close on the right home for us. Mike is the first realtor that I have ever worked with and based on my experience, I will work with him when I decide it is time to transition to a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED There are not enough good things to say about Mike! I approached him with the idea of selling my home and purchasing a new one (a very stressful process) and he was patient, kind and SO knowledgeable. In searching for a new house, he led me through the process by offering great advice and helping me think through what I wanted in the long-term. Thanks to Mike I bought the house of my dreams (I really can't believe it's mine)! I can confidently say that without Mike's guidance I wouldn't own this wonderful property (and I probably would have made a quick decision that I would have regretted). THANKS Mike!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Mike went above and beyond for my husband and I during our search for a new home. Relocating from Tampa, FL to Van Nuys we had a very short time frame to find a home and Mike was flexible, accommodating and an incredible advocate for us when we needed it most. Mike spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options, helping us find the right location for us (as we are not from the area)- he really exceeded our expectations. We found an incredible home and closed on it for a great price in the perfect timeframe- thank you, Mike!! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a home!
