Find a good broker, not an agent. Make sure they are full time. Work with them to get with a good lender so you can stay in a good price range that works well with your budget. The real estate broker and lending team is important. I have a good setup to help you here. Then really lean on, and listen to, the broker you choose to find the right property in the right area and buy well. I'm confident I can help you do this well.
Get a full time broker with good experience. Listen to them on how to make the home ready for showings and what list price to start with. The 3 keys to selling well are presenting the property well, pricing it well, and exposing it well. I have those 3 keys down and can help you sell well.
Everything from first-time home buyers to those purchasing multi-million dollar properties. I've also worked with all major categories of property including large acreage properties, ranch properties, waterfront properties, and common residential properties. I have served mostly residential clients, but have also helped commercial clients over the years.
I just sold a property on the water for $1,735,000. It was a widower and he took all my advice on how to get the property ready, and list price, etc. We hit the market with the home looking great, the price was right so we had multiple offers, and we sold within the first week for a price he was very happy with. It was a really good transaction that left the client feeling great, and well served.
After working from 1999 - 2006 in the corporate world as a technology project manager my desires changed and my company changed which left me looking for a new opportunity. I started in real estate in 2006 appraising property and shifted over into sales over the first 2 years. I wanted a job where I could serve people, make a good living to provide for my family, and have freedom and flexibility over my schedule to serve in our church as much as possible.
My prior appraising background is very helpful. I'm also a broker versus just a sales agent.
