ZillowVERIFIEDBack in the 60's my parents purchased some building lots in Conroe TX. Getting close to retirement I thought it time to do some consolidating of assets. Knowing nothing of the real estate market or a realtor I used what everyone does now a days: Google, the BBB and MLS. Mike Goins name came up again and again. I reached out to Mike and less than 24 hrs I received a phone call. Mike was very informative as to the market in the area my lot was located and said he would be pleased to help me with my sale. Mike was always prompt and very helpful with any correspondence that we had during the whole process. It was painless, very quick and extremely efficient. The title company he also works with was amazing as well. The whole process took about 3 weeks. The one thing I should mention is all of this took place via internet and cell phone. I live in Massachusetts. If you have any real estate you are consider selling or perhaps would like to purchase I can't recommend Mike Goins Real Estate enough. You will not regret your decision.

But we never had the opportunity to do business with him.I will say we were very pleased with the buying process from start to finish.
