ZillowVERIFIEDMike took the time and effort to make selling a childhood home that has been in our family for 50 plus years easy and stress free. Mike took EVERY chance to make me and my wife feel at ease in both the selling and buying process. It was good to know that we were in good hands and felt like family!!! The extensive knowledge that he brought to not only the selling of our home but the buying of our new home was amazing. We choose to Build a house and the transition was smooth and flawless because he took every challenge on for us so that we didnt have to be stressed with them. I would recommend Mike Gerdes without hesitation. Thank you Mike for all the hard work you put in for me and my wife we really appreciated it!!!!

ZillowVERIFIEDMike was the ideal Real Estate Agent. He found several homes in the area we wanted that were in our price range, and patiently showed most of them to us, until we realized one of them was the one! He arranged for an early closing date as we were pressed for time to get out of the current rental we were in. Mike was always courteous, knowledgeable and very accommodating!
