ZillowVERIFIEDIf youre even thinking about buying or selling property, stop what youre doing and call Mike. I cannot say enough about how exceptional he is. This was truly an 11/10 experience! We didnt just buy a property, we purchased two adjacent parcels at the same time, which meant managing two escrows simultaneously. That alone is a lot, and Mike handled it with a level of organization, communication, and calm confidence that made it feel seamless on our end. What impressed us right away was his integrity. Even though we felt strongly about this property from the beginning, he never rushed us or pushed us toward a quick decision. Instead, he took the time to show us multiple other listings so we could be absolutely sure. That kind of patience and client-first mindset is rare, and it set the tone for everything that followed. This transaction also came with real challenges. There were moments that could have easily become stressful or contentious, and it required someone who knew how to stay steady, think strategically, and advocate effectively. Mike did exactly that. He listened, he communicated clearly, and he navigated every situation with professionalism and strength. At no point did we feel out of the loop or unsupported - he had our back the entire time. Because of him, what could have been an overwhelming process was actually something we felt confident and even excited moving through. That says everything. And the end resultaEUR| we now own 10 acres of open pasture, oak forest, orchard, and gardens - something that truly feels like a dream. But just as meaningful as the property itself is the experience we had getting here. Mike isnt just an outstanding real estate agent, hes someone you genuinely want in your corner. Hes thoughtful, trustworthy, incredibly hardworking, and just a really good human being. If we could go back and do this entire process again, we wouldnt change a single thing, and we wouldnt consider working with anyone else. Mike is, without question, the standard every real estate agent should be held to.
ZillowVERIFIEDMike is an excellent agent and did a great job assisting as we purchased our first home. He took a complicated process and made it understandable. He answered all questions quickly and is extremely knowledgeable and reliable. He is also a joy to work with. I highly recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDMike is one of the most authentic and integrity-rich people we've met. We contacted him via a real estate listing, and wow, did we luck out. He met us at a property we'd had seen online, and we drove around for a couple of hours as we 'thumb downed' so many of them. We reconvened at a coffeehouse and reconfigured our search intentions. Then we went back home [600 miles away]. We stayed in touch through his listing interface, and he was a rockstar as we made 2 offers from afar and didn't succeed in getting either. We reconfigured again and submitted an offer on a piece of property, and he was hands-on throughout the entire process. We're now the owners of a piece of land we'll eventually build on. We're looking forward to being his neighbor!
