He met us at a property we'd had seen online, and we drove around for a couple of hours as we 'thumb downed' so many of them. We reconvened at a coffeehouse and reconfigured our search intentions. Then we went back home [600 miles away]. We stayed in touch through his listing interface, and he was a rockstar as we made 2 offers from afar and didn't succeed in getting either.
