Although it took many months to sell the property, Spencer always encouraged me to leave the property listed as he was confident a sale will happen. Spencer's knowledge of the area and his vast connections an networks was instrumental in selling the house and getting negotiating the price that exceeded my expectations. I was an absentee seller and Spencer managed the whole process, made frequent visits to the property to make sure everything was alright, secured the attorney and even went to the bank to deposit checks on my behalf.
