ZillowVERIFIED My family and I recently rented a property from Mike and had a less than pleasant experience. When we pay for a vacation rental, we expect to be walking into a clean home. What we walked into was a combination of dirty sticky counter tops/table tops, a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, trash cans overflowing with garbage, broken beer bottles in the back yard that my niece almost stepped on, graffiti drawings of male and female genitalia in the outside shower and sand/dust basically everywhere. We were also promised 8 beach tags - which I asked about multiple times because there were seven adults staying - we were only given 4. I immediately tried to get in contact with Mike via phone and email and when he did finally call me back he went straight to my voicemail and said that the cleaning crew "should have emptied" the trash, that they probably didn't look outside at anything and that kids must have thrown bottles over the fence and drawn in the shower. He refused to call me and apologize like a professional adult man and took no responsibility for the issues or the property. I have never experienced such a blatant lack of accountability or lack of communication when renting from a "professional". As a home owner, this is the absolute worse kind of person I would ever want assisting me in purchasing or selling my home. He clearly has no respect for his clients, refuses to communicate and I would never rent or purchase a poorer through him.

Mike is the most knowledgable real estate agent I've ever dealt with. There is no question he can't answer whether it's a conventional purchase, short sale, or any other unique situation you can think of he has seen it all. I always refer family and friends to him when I know they are looking to buy or sell their home and have always been thanked by them later. Mike is always easy to get a hold of and keeps you updated throughout the process so you always know what's going on. I would recommend Mike to anyone that needs a realtor!
