Our Coral Gables home was on the market for over 8 months with no sale, I fired our realtor, hired Mike DeVito, and he sold it in 10 days for over asking. If you are in the Miami area and don't consider Mike DeVito as you agent, you are making a mistake. I say this from experience. I wish I could take Mike with us to the other cities where we are purchasing, and have him negotiate for us. Period.
